WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of national holidays.

After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and order summary via email. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once shipped, you will receive a second email with a delivery confirmation number, if available. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT’S PLACED?

Unfortunately, orders placed through our website cannot be modified once processed. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, email us at ORDERS@SIEMPREVERANOBEAUTY.COM

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please send us a note if your order did not arrive or included damaged merchandise and will happily reship. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee (excluding shipping charges). Please email ORDERS@SIEMPREVERANOBEAUTY.COM within 30 days of your order date for a full refund.

Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased directly through our website. Products purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase, per the retailer’s return policy.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

You can update your account information by logging in to your account and updating information there.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HELP!

If you forgot your password, simply visit your account to reset your password. Follow the prompts, and you’ll be able to log in using your new password.
